Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.
  • Free from any alterations or damages.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Visit the Customer Service section on our website and create a return request.
  2. We will arrange for the return pickup within 2-4 business days.
  3. Pack the items securely and ensure all old labels are removed from the package.
  4. Upon receiving the items, we will inspect them, and if the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a Gravity Bath Wallet credit, valid for one year.
  • Refund times are subject to the issuing bank’s policies and processing times.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange items within 7 days of delivery. To do so, visit your account, select the item for exchange, and choose the replacement product.
  • If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit. If the cost is higher, the additional amount will be charged.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. Follow the normal return process to ship back the damaged product for assessment.

Refund Process
Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the same card within 7-12 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

 

Warranty Terms

Our mission is to design products that blend functionality and style seamlessly, catering to both residential and commercial needs.

All products sold by Gravity Bath in India are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects and poor workmanship for the specified duration. The warranty for surface color issues (such as black, white, or gold finishes) is limited to one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage and Conditions:

  1. Product Coverage:
    Gravity Bath products are designed for longevity. However, proper installation by skilled technicians and regular maintenance are essential for optimal performance. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in voiding the warranty.
  2. Maintenance Guidelines:
    • It is important to clean and maintain your products regularly. Use a soft sponge and mild cleaning solution to prevent scaling or stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which could damage the finish or surface of the products.
    • For faucets, clean the aerators periodically to ensure optimal water flow.
    • The quality of the water (preferably below 300–400 ppm hardness) plays a significant role in both the hygiene and durability of the product. Water with high mineral content may damage the product’s surface or functionality over time.
    • If cleaning bathroom tiles with chemicals, ensure that faucets are covered to protect them from corrosive acid vapors that can tarnish the surface.
  3. Installation Guidelines:
    All installation work should be carried out by certified technicians to ensure compliance with the product specifications. Incorrect or unprofessional installation may result in damage not covered by this warranty.
  4. Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Normal wear and tear, product misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or improper water pressure.
    • Any damage caused by installation errors or the use of abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents.
    • Damage resulting from factors beyond Gravity Bath’s control, including excessive water pressure, external elements, or Acts of God.
  5. Warranty Claim Procedure:
    • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team at info@gravitybath.com. Ensure that you provide proof of purchase (invoice or bill).
    • Claims must be reported within the warranty period and will be assessed by Gravity Bath technicians.
    • For products installed beyond the municipal limits of our authorized service centers, the customer will bear all travel and incidental costs of the technicians dispatched for repairs.
  6. Replacement and Repairs:
    • Any defective part, at Gravity Bath’s discretion, may be replaced with new or refurbished parts. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced part will continue for the remaining period of the original warranty.
    • In case a product model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar product or one of equivalent value.

Care Instructions for Specific Products:

  • CP Fittings (Faucets): Clean frequently to avoid scaling. Ensure proper water pressure between 0.5 kg/cm² to 5.0 kg/cm² for optimal performance.
  • Sanitaryware Products: Handle with care to avoid cracking or chipping. Avoid over-tightening or using harsh cleaners.
  • Kitchen Sinks: After installation, cover the sink to avoid exposure to construction dust and chemicals.
  • Sensor Products: Clean gently and avoid using water directly on sensors. Regularly check the power supply and change batteries as needed.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Pricing Information: Gravity Bath strives to offer competitive prices on all products. However, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that product and pricing information is accurate, but in case of any discrepancies (such as typographical errors or incorrect pricing), Gravity Bath reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders. If your order is affected, we will contact you to provide further instructions or process a cancellation.
  2. Order Cancellations:
  • By Gravity Bath:
    We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Inaccuracies in pricing or product availability.
    • Limitations on the quantity available for purchase.
    • Any issue identified by our fraud detection team.

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • By the Customer:
    Customers can request an order cancellation, subject to approval by Gravity Bath. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. If approved, any payments made will be refunded in full.
  1. Fraudulent/Declined Transactions:
    Gravity Bath reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, legal fees, and other costs from customers found engaging in fraudulent activity. Legal proceedings may be initiated for any fraudulent use of the website.
  2. Credit Card Details:
    When making a purchase, customers must use their own valid credit card or debit card. Gravity Bath will not be responsible for any loss or fraud resulting from the misuse of payment details.
  3. Warranty Disclaimer:
    All content and services provided through the Gravity Bath website are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.     The warranty service is limited to India, and repairs beyond certain geographical limits may incur travel and service charges. Warranty services outside the coverage area of our authorized service centers will be provided on a chargeable basis.
  15. Dispute Resolution:
    In case of any disputes, the customer agrees to resolve the issue amicably by contacting Gravity Bath’s Customer Care. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
