I. Before Purchase, it is vital to carefully inspect the new faucet ware product for any damage or defects
II. Gravity shall not be held liable for any issues or damage resulting from improper installation of our products.
III. We strongly recommend that all installation work be carried out by a qualified and certified technician.
IV. Keep your product free of any deposits and wipe it down once or twice a day with a soft sponge dipped in water or a mild soapy solution to remove scaling or stains and maintain the plated surface’s cleanliness.
V. If a product is not frequently cleaned, scaling can develop on it as a result of the minerals and salt in water. Regular gentle cleanings of the goods are advised. Additionally, give the items’ edges and corners special attention when cleaning because scale may accumulate there more easily.
VI. Clean the aerators provided in the items at regular intervals for a perfect foam flow of water from the fittings.
VII. The quality of the water used is extremely important for both the health of your own hygiene and the plumbing fixtures (pipes, etc.) in your home. The hardness of the water should not be greater than 300–400 ppm.
VIII. Acid fumes are created when washing bathroom tiles or floors with chemicals or cleaning detergents that include acids. Because the faucet’s primary component is brass, an alloy of copper that reacts with corrosive acid vapors, this reaction damages the products outside finish or coating by forming a green color layer or black patches on them. To protect them from acidic vapors, we advised to cover the faucets with cloth before doing such floor cleaning.
IX. Scratching or scrubbing occurs due to the roughness of the cloth or abrasive cleaning powder being used for cleaning. Please use a soft, fluffy cloth to clean the surface.
X. Always test your cleaning solution on a hidden portion of the product before using it on the full surface. GRAVITY also suggests using GRAVITY MAGIC CLEANING SOLUTION.
XI. The amount of salt in the air is mostly influenced by atmospheric variables in coastal regions. On occasion, the air and brass react, resulting in black patches on product surfaces. As a result, the product needs to be cleaned frequently.
XII. To protect the fine finish of fittings from dirt, stains, and other damages during construction, cover them with cloth or poly pack after their installation until they come into actual use.
XIII. This warranty is automatically terminated and void if the products are installed incorrectly or improperly, and it is not applicable to issues brought on by low water pressure, higher than recommended water pressure, wear and tear, impurities or hardness above the standards for drinking water, or improper maintenance and cleaning.
XIV. To ensure the product performs efficiently, a water pressure of 0.5 kg/cm2 to 5.0 kg/cm2 is recommended by gravity.
XV. To ensure uninterrupted pressure of water, it is advisable to keep the pipelines straight with a minimum number of bends, which will support a smooth flow of water.
XVI. All the supply lines must have vent pipes. These vent pipes help in removing air- locking in the water supply to give a smooth flow of water from the fittings.
XVII. Use a 25-mm pipeline rather than a 20-mm pipeline, which will help overcome scaling inside the pipelines and will allow sufficient space for the water to flow.
XVIII. Test the functionality of all installed concealed fittings under high pressure to look for any signs of leakage before plastering or fixing tiles.
XIX. A minimum of 25 centimeters should separate the exit point from the tank’s ground level. This reduces the chance of damage to the working parts by preventing the flow of irrelevant materials, such as sand, along with the water supply, into the fittings. Prior to the supply starting, carefully clean the tank. To prevent foreign particles from entering, it is advised that the overhead tank be cleaned frequently.
XX. It is suggested that the center-to-center distance from the hot and cold inlets for all types of wall-mounted mixtures be maintained at 150+/-10 mm, where any of our wall mixers from different ranges can be easily installed without any problem.
XXI. Buy GRAVITY products from the company’s authorized dealers only to ensure genuine quality material.
XXII. Insist on genuine spares from the company’s local service center or its authorized stockiest in case of any repair or replacement.


I. When the goods are delivered, we would like to request that they be inspected upon delivery to ensure their quality and compliance with our standards
II. Make sure the technician is trained to install the specific product and has installation experience.
III. Before purchase the new product, thoroughly inspect it for damage.
IV. The wash basin and water closet are heavy, it is advised that two people hold them while they are being fixed.
V. GRAVITY is not responsible for any damage or malfunctioning that may occur as a result of improper installation.
VI. Please avoid using any harsh chemicals when cleaning ceramic products after installation because they could scratch the surface.
VII. The ceramic surface can be cleaned with warm water and mild solutions.
VIII. Before applying the product cleaning solution to the entire surface, always test it on a hidden area of the product.
IX. Overtightening could cause fragile ceramics to crack / chip or break
X. Avoid using metal tools or wire brushes while removing plaster. Use powder-type detergent on a damp cloth to produce a mild abrasive action and remove any leftover plaster or white cement or paste. To clean the ceramic product’s outer surface, use warm water and a mild detergent. Dry the surface fully with a clean, soft cloth.
XI. Once the ceramic product has been properly secured in position, avoid shifting or shaking it because doing so leads to external water leakage.
XII. Please do not use cement to cover the gaps in the ceramic product.
XIII. This warranty will automatically expire and be void if the products are installed incorrectly or improperly. Additionally, it doesn’t cover normal wear and tear.
XIV. Keep petroleum distillate-based cleaners away from ceramic surfaces, and don’t let them sit in contact with them for a long time.


I. Avoid using abrasive cleaners while cleaning the Sanitaryware seat cover after installation because the chemicals could harm the plastic components.
II. Examine a new product thoroughly for any damage before installing it.
III. The outer surface of the product is easily cleaned with lukewarm water and a mild soapy solution. Dry the area completely by wiping it down with a clean, soft cloth.
IV. Avoid letting cleaners that contain petroleum distillates, abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chlorine chemicals sit in contact with ceramic surfaces or damage fittings for an extended period of time because this could cause leaks and property damage.
V. GRAVITY is not responsible for any such damage, scratching, or improper installation and will not be held liable.


I. Install the sink as soon as possible after purchase. If it is left for a long time, mildew or spots may appear. You can use a scouring pad to rub it in the direction of the sink’s drawing lines (nano sinks are not suitable), and use alcohol or water to clean the surface stains.
II. It is suggested that when the kitchen is newly renovated, the sink should be installed at the end to avoid the corrosive dust and water used for decoration from touching the sink. At the same time, please pay attention to opening windows for ventilation to avoid decoration gases such as formaldehyde from oxidizing the surface of the sink. Otherwise, it is extremely easy to cause floating rust in the sink. After installation, you can use packaging cartons or paper to cover the sink to isolate dust and gas. Also do not pour waste water, dust, garbage, etc. used for decoration into the sink.
III. GRAVITY will not be held accountable or liable for damage caused by such or improper installations.
IV. The installation must be done by an experienced technician.
V. The water pipes installed in new houses usually contain a lot of rust, iron filings and other impurities. Floating rust will easily appear on the surface of the sink after the water is passed through. Please dry the sink in time after passing the water through to avoid leaving water stains
VI. When using the sink daily, please do not use steel balls, wire brushes and other abrasive cleaning products to clean the sink, so as not to scratch the surface of the sink and affect the appearance and service life. Please clean and dry the sink frequently, and try not to leave water spots and sediment. Keeping the sink clean and dry can effectively prevent the appearance of floating rust and mildew and prolong the product life.
VII. If stains, floating rust, or water spots have appeared, please try the following methods to deal with them:
* Use five-cleaning powder or decontamination powder to wipe the stains on the surface of the sink, and dry the water after cleaning.
* If there are mineral deposits and water spots, please use diluted, low-concentration vinegar solution to wipe.
* Decoration dust or water pipe rust residues cause rust spots in the sink, try to wipe it with toothpaste and then rinse it clean.


I. Use gentle cleaners instead of abrasive ones when cleaning the sensor after installation because they won’t harm the surface. Avoid cleaning the sensor with water.
II. Not recommended is the use of caustic detergent. Use only gentle pressure when handling the product.
III. Examine a new product thoroughly for any damage before the purchase.
IV. For any such damage or for improper installation, GRAVITY is not liable or shall not be held responsible. The device comes with an installation manual, which can be used during the same
V. Frequently check the battery and power. When the indicator begins flashing every four seconds, it starts to lose power. Please change the batteries.
VI. Kindly clean the filter net for the actual flow [ Every six to twelve months or whenever the water flow starts to decrease]


I. Gravity Bath Private Limited provides a warranty on all of its products for the duration of the warranty period stated ON SITE. The warranty duration varies depending on the product. Kindly refer to the warranty certificate for more information.
II. This warranty is confined to first purchaser of the product only.
III. The warranty period is valid starting from the date the product was purchased, and it can only be used if authorized service technicians are provided a valid proof of purchase and warranty card while repairs are being made. In these situations, service will still be provided, but it will be paid for according to the usual labor and/or part rates (as the case may be) in effect at the time.
IV. The warranty includes the repair of defective products or parts and does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abnormal use, misuse, physical damage, improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, dirt, limescale, aggressive cleaning chemicals, or unauthorized alterations to the products.
V. The cost of serving service technicians for travel to and from the installation site as well as other incidentals shall be borne by the customer for any units installed beyond the jurisdiction of the company service center or an authorized/center service associate.
VI. For all units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the company service center/authorized service associate, the expenses incurred with regards to deputing the service personnel towards to & from travel, conveyance and other incidentals will be borne by the customer.
VII. The Company never assumes, nor authorizes anyone else to assume, any further obligations or liabilities in connection with the sale of this Product.
VIII. In the event of repair/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the un-repaired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit, whether under the warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
IX. The company and its authorized service center reserve the right to retain any part’s or component’s replacement at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the product during the warranty period and the company may, at its discretion, replace the faulty part(s) with functionally new operative part(s). In case of any damage to the product/customer abuse repairs by un-authorized personnel/misuse detected by the Authorized Service Center personnel, the warranty conditions are not applicable, and repairs will be done subject to the availability of parts and on a chargeable basis only.
X. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of GRAVITY alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is made (subject to the sole discretion of GRAVITY), the same model shall be replaced, and in the event such a model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model of the price equivalent at the time of purchase.
XI. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising due to an improper installation.
XII. If installation is not performed by a licensed and experienced expert and/or in accordance with the installation process, the warranty is useless and loses all value and has no further effect or validity.
XIII. The company is not responsible for any civil or construction work required for the installation of new items or the replacement or repair of existing products.
XIV. If the product has been discontinued, an equivalent replacement will be offered on a pro-rata basis; nevertheless, the purchaser will be required to pay a portion of the current MRP as long as the product is still covered by the aforementioned warranty terms.
XV. If any colored internal or external components are replaced, there will be no commitment to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components.
XVI. The replaced shades, patterns, and lint’s may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at the customer’s request will be on a chargeable basis, except the component that was actually needed.
XVII. The warranty is not applicable. [A defect is caused by a cause beyond control, like lightning, acts of God, abnormal water supply/pressure or while in transit from the dealer’s outlet to the purchaser’s residence.]
XVIII. While the company will make every effort to carry out repairs at the earliest, it is made expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so within a specified period of time.
XIX. Damage to the product or any part(s) due to transportation or shifting is not covered by warranty.
XX. Only products that have always been used carefully in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty, handled properly and without negligence, and maintained in accordance with the maintenance instructions provided are still covered by this warranty.
XXI. This warranty shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the GRAVITY Products. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or providing replacement of defective parts only during the warranty period.
XXII. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiration of the warranty period, even if the product may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason.
XXIII. The warranty does not cover demonstration/installation of the product purchased.
XXIV. Both the customer and the company acknowledge that the customer’s only remedy for any defects in the goods covered by this agreement is limited to having the company repair or replace the defective goods at its discretion within the warranty period following delivery of the goods to the initial purchaser of any defective goods for which the customer has given notice of defects in accordance with the terms of this warranty certificate. The company will have ownership of the Spare parts (e.g., Rubbers, Springs, other Plastic items, etc.) are not covered under warranty as they get deteriorated during the normal course of use.
XXV. The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the product. After completion of one year, in cases where other than manufacturing defects are found in GRAVITY Products, standard labor and parts charges will be collected from customers as per the prevailing rates of the company.
XXVI. In case of any dispute, this warranty is subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts only.
XXVII. For GRAVITY products sold in India, only this warranty document is applicable, and any reference to any other warranty document will not be considered. This is GRAVITY’s exclusive written warranty.
XXVIII. As per the availability of technicians, service may not be provided in limited areas.
